I am excited to announce our ProHybrid Alaska 1 Week Camp July 9-13 at the Wasilla Sports Complex. ProHybrid has made 3 previous trips to Alaska for in season winter camps and is now ready to conduct our first 1 week summer camp. I will be making the trip with 3 of my professional ProHybrid goalie coaches for the summer 1 week camp. We will offer a full day format for 2 groups of goalies with a max of 18 goalies per group as well as a 1 hour Mite Night Camp. These sessions will run all five nights after the full day camp. Below are the details for our full week of training in Wasilla, AK this summer.
- Foundation Level: Squirt / PeeWee (Group #1)
- Progressive: Bantam / High School (Group #2)
- 1 Hour Mite Night Camp (5 evening sessions)

Full Day Camp
- Progressive Group #1: Squirt and PeeWee
- Elite Group #2: Bantam and High School
- Cost: $725 (add $40 for a week of catered lunches, payable on first day of camp)
- $225 Deposit Due at Registration
- $500 Due July 1, 2012

- 7:40-7:50 am: Accountability Meeting
- 7:50-8:10 am: Group #1 - Dynamic Warmup / Group #2 - Journal
- 8:10-8:30 am: Group #1 - Dressing Room / Group #2 - Journal
- 8:30-9:30 am: Group #1 - On Ice / Group #2 - Hand Eye / Core
- 9:40-10:40 am: Group #2 - On Ice / Group #1 - Hand Eye / Core
- 10:50-11:10 am: All goalies stretch
- 11:10-11:50 am: Catered Lunch
- 11:50-12:20 pm: Consistent Confidence Seminar
- 12:20-12:30 pm: Group #2 - Dynamic Warmup / Group #1 - Journal
- 12:30-12:50 pm: Group #2 - Dressing Room / Group #1 - Journal
- 12:50-2:20 pm: Group #2 - On Ice / Group #1 - Weightroom or Dryland
- 2:30-4:00 pm: Group #1 - On Ice / Group #2 - Weightroom or Dryland
- 4:15-4:30 pm: All Goalies - Accountability Meeting
Mite Night 1 Week Camp
- 5 Evening Sessions
- Max 18 Goalies with a 3:1 Goalie to Coach Ratio
- 530-630 pm: On Ice Training
- 645-715 pm: Off Ice Training on Monday and Wednesday
- $275 ($125 Deposit and $150 due July 1, 2012)
