Private Lessons
Private lessons have been at the foundation of our success. These sessions give goaltenders from mites to pros the chance to work in a 1-on-1 environment with a professional goalie coach on a full sheet of ice. Your goalie will get the special attention that he/she needs to be successful. No detail of the position is overlooked. The best part about private lessons is that all sessions are specifically designed for your goalie. Zach can work with up to 2 goalies during a one-hour private session. This option works great for car pooling or working with your "in season" goalie partner.
Over the past 3 years, Zach has completed over 1500 hours of private goalie training. Zach’s recent experience teaching private lessons simply cannot be matched. Goalies around the globe are taking advantage of learning the most efficient and effective goaltending system available.
This summer, like last summer, we will offer private lessons at the Super Rink in Blaine, MN
The majority of private lessons are available during the summer months. Private Lesson ice is also booked during scheduled days off from school. ProHybrid Training sends out weekly email updates to the Private Lesson Calendar. Email ProHybrid Training at info@prohybridtraining.com to get these updates and schedule your private lessons.

- "A" Level PeeWees and Bantams
- Ages 12-15 (98 and 97 goalies with advanced AAA personal training with Zach will be considered for the progressive group)
- Focuses on the progressive nature of the system and understanding how all the techniques work together
- Intense Repetition Training on the System:

Associations / Consulting
Why schedule ProHybrid Training Consulting?
Bring a ProHybrid Training Instructor out to your team practice to work with you in a practice setting.
Consulting is a great way to:
- Get 1on1 training at a preset practice. Since schedules are tight, there is no need to book an additional lesson.
- Get valuable feedback during team shooting drills
- Allow us to work with your coach to implement more efficient and effective drills
We aim to break the practice up as follows:
- 50-75% of time 1on1 and/or 2on1 Goalie Training (depending if 1 or 2 goalies participate)
- 25-50% of time feedback during shooting drills
- Can be split with 2 goalies

We emphasize accountability and communication between goalie coaches, association coaches, goalie parents as well as the young goaltenders. ConsultingIn-practice goalie consulting allows a PHT instructor to come on to the ice during a regular season practice to train your goaltenders. We aim to get atleast 20-30 mins of 1-on-1 training to focus on the parts of the goalies game that needs attention. Then the instructor interacts with the goaltender during his/her regular team drills to analyze execution and give instant feedback. In-practice consulting sessions are vital for a young goaltender’s success because the ProHybrid instructor can see how the goalie apply the techniques learned during the private session immediately to team drills and receive instant feedback from a professional instructor. The consulting session concludes with a brief meeting between the goalie coach and head coach to share tips on continuing the advancement the goaltender.
