Why I Coach With ProHybrid Training: The attention to detail among the other coaches within the ProHybrid brand is second to none and is something that has made me very excited to join the team. The other ProHybrid coaches and I all bring something to the table and cumulatively work together to provide our goaltenders with the best product on and off the ice leading them to success.

Coaching Philosophy: Excellence is achieved with passion in everything you do day to day. A strong emphasis on leadership is something I also try to preach to my students. I believe that the best and most successful goaltenders are those who learn to be great leaders. Leadership is the most important quality in goaltenders and covers a varying amount of crucial topics in both life and hockey. Also a strong ideology in doing the right thing when no one is watching. Those who have the ability to push themselves when motivation is not provided from an outside source are the most successful.

Coaching Experience: During my playing career I was fortunate enough to be coached by some of the most prominent goaltending minds in the business. Dwayne Roloson (Anaheim Ducks), Reto Schurch (SC Bern), Francois Allaire (Toronto Maple Leafs), Scott Niedermayer (Anaheim Ducks), Craig Johnson (LA Kings), Scot Prohaska, and the list goes on. I was able to take many things each of these great leaders taught me to begin my coaching career. I have worked the past two years with M.E.G.A. Goaltending gaining great experience while there, and am excited to bring everything I have learned to ProHybrid training.

Personal Playing Experience: Played my youth hockey in California for the Anaheim Jr. Ducks, as well as playing high school for Santa Margarita Catholic High School. I was fortunate to play in three state tournaments in three years as well as one appearance at the USA Hockey National Tournament with a second place finish. My senior year of high school I was fortunate enough to earn an opportunity to play in the USPHL for the Forest Lake Lakers. I currently play for the University of St. Thomas hockey club, and am beginning my third year with the team.
