MN HP 4 Day Summer Camps

Two Great Camps This Summer!

ProHybrid is headed into our 17th summer of goalie training! Our goal is to develop athletes into consistent and confident goaltenders who bring passion and pride to the most challenging position on the ice.  Join us this summer for two great camps!

Woodbury HP Camp

  • June 17-20
  • The M Health Fairview Arena
  • Woodbury, MN

Eagan HP Camp

  • August 12-15
  • The Eagan Civic Center
  • Eagan, MN

Updated Daily Camp Schedule

We will use this schedule for both summer camps. 

  • 8:00-8:30 am: Check in on the first day only
  • 8:30 am: Accountability Meeting (parents are welcome)
  • 9:00-10:00 am: Group 1 On Ice and Group 2 Off Ice
  • 10:15-11:15 am: Group 2 On Ice and Group 1 Off ice
  • 11:15-12:00 pm: Lunch
  • 12:00-12:10 pm: Break
  • 12:10-12:40 pm: Consistent Confidence Classroom
  • 1:00-2:00 pm: Group 1 On Ice and Group 2 Off Ice
  • 2:15-3:15 pm: Group 2 On Ice and Group 1 Off ice
  • 3:15 pm: Accountability Meeting and Dismissal (parents are welcome)

ProHybrid is More Than Just Great Goalie Training!

Although the focus of our camps is detailed goalie training, the foundation of that focus is our goalie's health! Health is broken down into 3 areas: Wellness, Physical Development and Mental Development.  

Wellness

Wellness is at the very foundation of our goalie's health. It is made up of 3 major areas:

  • Nutrition
  • Hydration
  • Sleep

We address each of these areas in our Awareness to Wellness Classroom Sessions. 

Physical Development

 In order to maximize performance on the ice we invest time and energy in the following areas:

  • Mobility
  • Balance
  • Coordination 
  • Strength Building
  • Speed
  • Agility

Mental Development

Gain a deeper awareness of how we think and why we feel the way we do it critical to improving consistency as a goalie. We cover the following Mental Development areas:

  • Establishing Self Esteem
  • Building Confidence 
  • Cultivating Presence
  • Communicating Skills
  • Problem Solving
  • Reframing

What Do We Do On the Ice?

Every day of camp our goalies receive two on ice sessions. These sessions are focused, high energy and high accountability environments! We work on a progression over the 4 days in the following areas: 

  • Own Your Edges Technical Skating
  • Hi Rep Goalie Specific Movement
  • Detailed Stance Work
  • Intentional Rebound Control
  • Focused Net Play Training
  • Confident Puckhandling
  • Advanced Game Situations
  • Exciting Competitions & Games!

Each Day of Camp is Packed with nearly 7 Hours of Training!

What Do I Need to Bring?

Clean workout clothes and shoes.

All goalie equipment with sharp skates and taped stick.

An open mind and dedicated worth ethic!

Desire to become better everyday!

Passion to push yourself outside your comfort zone!

3 Levels of Training Available

Goalies will be grouped based on experience and skills: 

  1. Foundation - Advanced Mites and Squirts
  2. Progressive - PeeWee
  3. Elite - Bantam and High School

What Do I Receive?

Our ProHybrid 4 Day Camps deliver an awesome value to our goalies. At the conclusion of camp, each goalie will come home with:

  • ProHybrid camp goalie jersey

  • Evaluation Card

  • New goalie skills that they can immediately use on the ice!

  • The Desire to train harder than ever before!

  • Knowledge of wellness that will help them in all areas of their life!

  • Fortified Self Esteem and increased Confidence on and off the ice!

  • Noticeable increase in their Grit to drive through adversity!

Investment

Over 25 hours of training at a minimum of 3:1 training ratio

Cost: $595 

Option #1: Pay In Full at Registration

Option #2: $295 at registration then balance on May 15 or July 15 respectively for each camp

Cancellation Policy: All payments are final. Please use the payment insurance option if you would like to insure your registration in case you need to cancel.
