Finish Your Summer with a Great ProHybrid Goalie Camp!

Join us this summer August 16-19 at the Eagan Civic Center for the ProHybrid Minnesota HP Summer Camp!

ProHybrid is headed into our 14th summer of goalie training! Our goal is to develop athletes into consistent and confident goaltenders who bring passion and pride to the most challenging position on the ice.  

ProHybrid is More Than Just Great Goalie Training!

Although the focus of our camps is detailed goalie training, the foundation of that focus is our goalie's health! Health is broken down into 3 areas: Wellness, Physical Development and Mental Development.  

Wellness

Wellness is at the very foundation of our goalie's health. It is made up of 3 major areas:

  • Nutrition
  • Hydration
  • Sleep

We address each of these areas in our Awareness to Wellness Classroom Sessions. 

Physical Development

 In order to maximize performance on the ice we invest time and energy in the following areas:

  • Mobility
  • Balance
  • Coordination 
  • Strength Building
  • Speed
  • Agility

Mental Development

Gain a deeper awareness of how we think and why we feel the way we do it critical to improving consistency as a goalie. We cover the following Mental Development areas:

  • Establishing Self Esteem
  • Building Confidence 
  • Cultivating Presence
  • Communicating Skills
  • Problem Solving
  • Reframing

What Do We Do On the Ice?

Every day of camp our goalies receive two on ice sessions. These sessions are focused, high energy and high accountability environments! We work on a progression over the 4 days in the following areas: 

  • Own Your Edges Technical Skating
  • Hi Rep Goalie Specific Movement
  • Detailed Stance Work
  • Intentional Rebound Control
  • Focused Net Play Training
  • Confident Puckhandling
  • Advanced Game Situations
  • Exciting Competitions & Games!

Each Day of Camp is Packed with nearly 7 Hours of Training!

Daily Schedule

  • 8:00-8:30 am: Check in on the first day only
  • 8:30 am: Accountability Meeting (parents are welcome)
  • 9:00-10:00 am: All Goalies On Ice
  • 10:15-11:15 am: All Goalies Off Ice
  • 11:15-12:00 pm: Lunch
  • 12:00-12:10 pm: Break
  • 12:10-12:40 pm: Consistent Confidence Classroom
  • 1:00-2:00 pm: All Goalies On Ice
  • 2:15-3:15 pm: All Goalies Off Ice
  • 3:15 pm: Accountability Meeting and Dismissal (parents are welcome)

Stay Fueled Throughout the Day!

We understand that the full day camps are a challenge! In order for every goalie to get the most out of their experience,  we put an emphasis on our goalies staying fueled and hydrated throughout the day!

Hot Healthy Catered Lunch Option

  • Solid Nutrition is an important component of peak performance - we’re showing goalies what to fuel their bodies and their lives with. Each day, we’ll serve a hot locally catered lunch.

  • The meal will consist of rice or potato, a lean protein, and fresh, in-season fruits and vegetables.

  • Investment: $10 per day. We’ll email you as the camp gets closer with updates on the catered lunch option.

Tailored Nutrition Pack

Goalies that choose this option will receive the following each day:

  • Protein bar at check-in

  • Healthy sports drink at check-in

  • Protein shake at the end of each day - 99.9% lactose-free grass fed whey protein

All products are gluten free, soy free, and completely free of artificial colors and flavors. Many goalies sign up for the nutrition pack Investment: $8 per day. 

3 Levels of Training Available

Goalies will be grouped based on experience and skills: 

  1. Foundation - Advanced Mites and Squirts
  2. Progressive - PeeWee
  3. Elite - Bantam and Midget

What Do I Need to Bring?

Clean workout clothes and shoes.

All goalie equipment with sharp skates and taped stick.

An open mind and dedicated worth ethic!

Desire to become better everyday!

Passion to push yourself outside your comfort zone!

What Do I Receive?

Our ProHybrid 4 Day Camps deliver an awesome value to our goalies. At the conclusion of camp, each goalie will come home with:

  • ProHybrid camp goalie jersey

  • Evaluation Card

  • New goalie skills that they can immediately use on the ice!

  • The Desire to train harder than ever before!

  • Knowledge of wellness that will help them in all areas of their life!

  • Fortified Self Esteem and increased Confidence on and off the ice!

Investment

Over 25 hours of training at a minimum of 3:1 training ratio
