We’re excited to come back to southern California for our 3rd annual ProHybrid San Diego 1 Week Camp. We are looking forward to  building on the success of our last two summers! See the details below...

 

We’ll Have Three Levels of Training:

  1. Foundation - Advanced Mites, Squirt, and Pee Wee
  2. Progressive - PeeWee AAA and Bantam
  3. Elite - Bantam AAA, Midget, and High School

 

All goalies should have:

  • The drive to put in the work

  • An eager and open mind

  • A healthy obsession with challenge

  • A desire to gain more technical base to their game

  • An appetite to get comfortable with being uncomfortable

 

Types of Daily Training

 

On Ice

 

Off Ice

  • Group movement
  • High rep technical saves
  • Game situations
  • High rep puck handling
  • Athletic conditioning
  • Testing and competitions
  • Choice of 3on1 or 2on1 goalie to coach ratio
  • Consistent Confidence classroom lessons
  • Awareness to Wellness sessions
  • Dryland inspired training
  • Hand-eye coordination training
  • Balance challenges
  • Conditioning and agility
  • Testing and competitions

 

 

Goalies must bring (every day):

  • Clean workout clothes and shoes

  • All goalie equipment with sharp skates and taped stick

  • An open mind and dedicated worth ethic

 

Daily Plan:

  • 7:30-7:50 am: Check-in on the first day only

  • 7:50 am: Accountability Meeting

  • 8:00 am: Dynamic Warmup

  • 8:30-9:30 am: All Goalies On Ice

  • 9:45-10:45 am: All Goalies Off Ice

  • 11:00-11:45 am: Lunch

  • 11:45-12:00 pm: Break

  • 12:00-12:30 pm: Consistent Confidence Seminar

  • 115-215 pm: On Ice

  • 2:30-3:30 pm: Off Ice

  • 3:30 pm: Accountability Meeting

  • 3:40 pm: Pick Up

 

After a week with the ProHybrid team, your goalie will walk away with:

  • A ProHybrid camp goalie jersey

  • New skills that they’ve applied on ice and can immediately implement on their own

  • Knowledge of the nutrition puzzle pieces, finally answering the question, “what should I eat before and after training or games?”

  • More confidence in the net - you might notice them standing a little taller

  • At least a dozen new friends

  • 2on1 Training Ratio (2 goalies per net)
    • Foundation: $950

2 Payment Options:

Option #1: Pay in full at registration and save $50 if paid in full before March 10. USE CODE: SAVE50

Option #2: Pay in three installments: 

  1. $195 at registration

  2. 50% of balance due June 3

  3. 50% of balance due July 1

Optional Add-Ons
Because wellness is at the core of every activity. 

You can add the following at checkout and pay in advance or by check on the first day of camp.
 

  • Hot Healthy Catered Lunch Option
    Solid Nutrition is an important component of peak performance - we’re showing goalies what to fuel their bodies and their lives with. Each day, we’ll serve a locally hot catered lunch.

    • The meal will consist of rice or potato, a lean protein, and fresh, in-season vegetables

    • Investment: $10 per day / $50 for the week. We’ll email you as the camp gets closer with updates on the catered lunch option.

  • Tailored Nutrition Pack

  • Goalies that choose this option will receive the following each day:

    • Protein bar at check-in

    • Healthy sports drink at check-in

    • Protein shake at the end of each day - 99.9% lactose-free grass fed whey protein

    • All products are gluten free, soy free, and completely free of artificial colors and flavors

  • Almost all goalies sign up for the nutrition pack

    • Investment: $8 per day / $40 for the week.
